Bob’s Pink Cream Sauce is a very quick sauce to be used with a stuffed pasta like Ravioli or Tortellini

Shallots

1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream

1/2 Cup Dry White Wine

1 1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp Butter

2 Ounces Tomato Paste

Chopped Parsley

 

Chop the shallots fine and sauce in butter until translucent.  Add the wine and reduce.  Add the heavy cream, cheese and tomato paste.  Cook until thickened.  Add parsley.  Serve over chicken or add cooked pasta to coat.
